Frequently Asked Questions at Fox Chapel Pool
How do I sign up for a pool membership?
All pool memberships are done on the website. It’s a two-step process where you choose your membership type, then enter your name and credit card info. Once we receive notification of your payment, you will receive an electronic form to fill out with your address, phone number, email address, and any additional members’ names.
Do you take membership sign-ups over the phone, or can we pay by check?
No, we do not.
Do you sell guest passes in advance?
We do not sell guest passes in advance. They are only available for purchase at the pool entrance gate, and they are $20 per person per day during the week and $25 per person per day on weekends.
Can I sign up my children for swim lessons?
Swimming lessons are provided by the pool management company, and they will do sign-ups for lessons at the pool entrance gate once the season starts.
What’s included in the membership?
Only access to the pool. All other business located at Fox Chapel Yacht Club are separate entities that are open to the public and not exclusive to pool members.
Why does the pool close during inclement weather?
For the safety of our members, we close when severe weather is in the area or if the temperature drops below 65 degrees. We may delay opening on any given day if it is cool in the morning.
